From the Port of Latakia we set out for one of Syria’s prime attractions, the finest castle of Crac des Chevaliers. Even if 2 terrible earthquakes shook the castle, it still looks very much as it did in year 1200. The guide will take us 9 centuries back and tell the story of the Crac des Chevaliers. We then move on to the city of Homs where we will have the opportunity to shop at the old traditional bazaar and the modern shops of the city.
