2 - DAY CRUISE TO LEBANON

A. BYBLOS - BEIRUT CITY CENTRE- JEITA GROTTO

The excursion of Beirut starts with a visit to the city centre and proceeds to the Jeitta Grotto where we can see the stalactites and stalagmites. Then it’s on to Byblos, the oldest settlement in the world, where you cam admire the ancient ruins and the bazaar. We then continue with a panoramic tour of Jounieh, a city on a mountainside, and we also visit the church of the Lady of Harissa found on a rise of 620 meters.

B. BAALBECK CHTAURA-KSARA WINERY - BEIRUT CITY CENTRE

From Beirut we proceed eastwards towards Bekaa Valley until we reach the city of Baalbeck. There we visit the Roman Temples whick make up the largest and best-preserved corpus of Roman Architecture. The temples which are dedicated to Jupiter, Bacchus and Venus date back to between the 1st and 3rd centuries AD. After Baalbeck we drive to Chtaura for lunch, followed by a visit to the famous Ksara winery. We then move on to Beirut for a sightseeing tour. 

C. BEIRUT- CASINO DU LIBAN

After dinner on board you can try your luck at perhaps the most famous casino in the world, Casino du Liban. Visitors of the casino should be elegantly dressed and carry their passports with them.
